Well, since you're in Cali. you'll never be able to reach your full exhaust note potential. But you'll get a nice sound with LT's, high flow catted midpipe, and a cam. The cam'll make a world of difference.

So, this is pretty much the exact set-up I was going to have done in the spring....should I reconsider? I don't really want to buy a GT bumper or have them come out underneath.

its not loud at idle. but when you rev it up it gets way way louder than stock. the idle and sometimes the interior noise are what make dumps worse than havein pipes out the back. i think im gonna get some tailpipes and have it turned down right behind the bumper but still tucked up a litttle so you cant see it that well. then someday ill get a gt bumper.
