Well if you have an auto, then get a 212/218 or 214/220

If you have a manual get a 214/220, that's a good, higher end mild cam, not too mild, but not way too aggressive either.

Oh, as far as the rods go, if your engine is new, you probably don't need them, but I'd get a set of forged rods just to be safe, I believe super six motorsports sells them.

The best thing oyu can do is ask either Tom Yentzer(man who owns.founded SSM) or the guy whos building your turbo. Dont ask an internet forum. And dont listen to Jthorn on this one. Not trying to harp on him, but he isnt a professional. Im not a professional. 99% of the board couldnt tell you the difference between a rod and a pushrod. Talk to someone who KNOWS. Just my $0.02

Yea, he's 100% right on this one, and if you really want my advice, if you know, with out a doubt, that you're going F/I, wait until you actually have the system so you can get the right cam, right intake, etc. Best people to ask are the people that make the stuff.

Don't worry Jess, no hard feelings at all.

And as bad as it is, it's true, only about 80-90% of the people on this board can tell, or even know, the difference between a rod, and a push rod.
