How do u take off center paneL?
where the radio is.I want to paint it but cant figure out how to take it off. Haynes manyal doesnt illustrate anything. I know some of the sixers did their custom interior work.How do u take it off? Does it just pop off

yes wrap a flat head screw driver in a gentle shirt and pop it of be VERY gentle bro...hope i helped AND USE THE SHIRT IF YOU CARE...i did it when i installed my ac gauges I LOVE THEM[sm=bling.gif]

same as the gauge bezel, feel where the prongs are at and pop those off.
this is true for all interior bezels.
yes, a flat head screw driver is your best friend. try wedgeing your fingers in there aswell.

my door panels,shift panel are drying off. I screwed up the top side vents by mirrors and I have to go buy new ones from ford. I currently applied one coat of color on my center bazel. It looks better then stock ,not hell of a job but I`m pretty satisfied. I`ll post some pics up when I`m done with the project. I`m redoing my whole interior. From seats,floor mats ,gauge cluster.....

yea, the idiot who had my car before me, broke my defrost vent on driver's side.
why did they take it off?!!? they didnt even paint it!
also, I painted the plastic strip that snaps onto the side skirts(under the doors), it says mustang on it, therss just snaps along the strip that hold it in place, real easy to get off...need pics?

Yeah man post some pics.My center piece is drying off as we speak.I`ll let it sit until tomorrow so I can apply clear coat. As far as the little vents by mirrors go ,they're really expensive at dealrship,20 bucks a pop lol.I guess I`m gona have to go with mpls auto salvage. What are those things called(a specific name)?

they are really expensive, i had to buy me one cause mine was in two pieces, i would just call them up and describe it to them, probably dash defroster vents
