you need Capacitors for the system. like a 1.0 farad cap should do you some good. a cap stores electricty and releases it when demand is too much for the rest of the system to handle

Lightning Cap is a good brand

+1; mine used to bog the same way and head lights would dim, i put a yellow top battery and a capacitor and it stopped it compltely.

Not all of them make a whining noise..

Sorry I didnt get back sooner, we had no internet at work today, the T1 went down. Damn Sprint. I run a 1 farad monitor top and a stock AZ battery, but the yellow top or simaler would be better for your situation.

and BTW sometimes you have to give ppl time to respond, quit being so impatient...
