ive been readin a lot about tuners on here what is a good one for a 98 and what all can you do with them? will it help me any or is it a waste of money?

What are your mods? On a stock or nearly stock car they are of limited benefit.

what about if you have exhuast and turbo? not that i have a turbo but i am planning on it this summer.

their is no will it help if u get a turbo setup u will need a tuner

im mostly stock right now but if i get one i still plan on getting mods can i still tune it to te new mods?

maybe if you had full exhaust like LTs,Mid,cat back. Then the tuner would come into play because LTs tend to make you car run rich and the tuner can fix that and make it run ideal
