Default RE: Pcv delete kit?

PCV is meant to ventelate your crankcase. If you remove it your car will, run like total crap, decrease mpg, and leak more if you seal it. If your leaking, you apparently need new gaskets..

here's what I just did: I went to Advance Auto Parts and got 1) Mr. Gasket clear view fuel filter. 2) Purelator PCV Valve. 3) a foot of 3/8 fuel line hose and some clamps. Cut the existing line between the valve and the cover and install the filter in between using the hose and clamps. Change the valve while you are at it if yours is old. Total cost is about $15.

the car will run just fine if you use breathers. i had mine deleted for about a week and the car ran perfect...the problem with it is that it smells like a$$. when sitting at a stop light you can smell the crap commin out of the valve covers through the breathers.
