Default my new X-CAL 2

Well I got my very first mod, an Calibrator 2, and got it installed but there is so much ice on the streets I don't want to take the mustang out in it. I did cruise my parking garage and it did seem to be a lot more responsive. I have put the program in for premium gas, turned off my traction control and turned off the speed limiter. My gears and posi are coming soon and then who knows what is next.

you don't install them.. lol

all you do is plug it in and answer a few questions.

when you plan to tune though you should always remove the fan and acc fuses and if you have a crappy battery hook up a charger to it before you tune.

I have a SCT tuner...and must say its one of the best mods i got yet....and it is possible to get new tunes into the flash tuner after you purchase it....you can just list the mods you have and SCT will create a custom tune for you and i think they can just email the new tune to you for easy download with USB link up....but i think the best thing is to go to a dyno shop that can custom tune for you....it will cost more, but its alot more reliable....and you should only do this if you have money to blow or have major mods...i.e f/i, cams, internals, etc...the standard SCT tune in the mail is good for stangs with all the basic bolt ons.
