that doesn't work. by saying no, most cops tell you "well now i think you have something to hide and now i have to search it". happened to my friend twice and another friend while i was in the car with him. searched me, had me out when it was like 30 degrees in my socks and a t-shirt and pants and was wondering why i kept putting my hands in my pocket. CAUSE YOU TOOK MY SHOES AND JACKET, *******!

oh, and cops smell ganja on me too, even though i don't smoke cigarettes, let alone anything else.

 

quite doing illegal $hit and the cops won't mess with you.

weed smokers **** me off royaly. all you are doing is giving money to someone that has murdered someone or many people and keep drug dealers in business. ya know the ones that usually are arrested for murder or mugging people or breaking into their house.

if you are going to be a usless dumba$$ and smoke up do it somewhere where you don't have to drive till your sober before you kill someone driving high you moron and please don't even try to say weed doesn't affect you like that. there was a guy that killed a 17yr old around here recently because he had just finished a joint about 1/2 hour before. hopped the curb at 40mph and crushed her against a stone wall. one of my old friends drove right off of a cliff while high. he lived on that road and drove it everyday

Yeah... im sorry but smoking weed has got to be the stupidest thing someone could do.. BUT! if were u in the car when he arrested you for one, because if you were just in a park and he walked up to you, and u didnt give him consent to search or he just searched your car without ur knowledge thats illegal.. but cops can act under suspision if they think there is a crime being commited... Now did he find anything in your car? because if his search yielded no evidence and he destroyed or damaged something, and didnt have a warrant then i believe its illegal, let me go look it up. (im taking Criminalistics btw)
