Very easy to install. I should be doing mine this weekend when the parts come in. Go here, and then click on the How-To's. There will be instructions on how to install(even has pics too)

Just take the bolts off that are holding down the stock shifter and stick the new one in place and bolt it down. I put mine on and the hardest part was getting the stock shifter offbecause of the gasket.

It makes it easier if you get the shifter gasket, otherwise you have to spread this silicon sealer down and wait a hour or so. Just make sure that you get rid of the old gasket/sealer, and that you don't get any down in the tranny(would not be good)

yeah shifter install is pretty easy i did mine in about an hour or so and that was taking everything slow. here are some other instructions

http://www.miracerros.com/mustang/steeda_triax.htm

yeah the hardest part will be popping the stock shifter loose as the gasket can make it stick. i put the stock handle back on and just pried it to the side and it finally popped, make sure after you get it out that nothing drops in the transmission and if so just fish it out, otherwise it's not a bad install and if you have any questions just pm me since i just did it and i'd be happy to help

I did mine at night with a flashlight and it was very easy to do. I got the B & M and love it. It's got adjustable bump stops but not shifter height like some have. Make sure to remove the plastic cup from the old shifter to put on the new one though.

The B&M and the Tri-Ax are your best bets.
I got the Steeda personally and love it.

It makes shifting 10000x easier, I just touch it and it will pretty much shift itself.

I recommend the Tri-Ax or MGW shifters. While you have it out would be a good time to change your transmission fluid - you can easily re-fill through the open shifter mounting hole.

I just recently got the Tri-Ax from Autobadges and it's awesome! They gave me a great deal, and I got it all installed at night in about an hour. Shifting through the gears is so much more fun now, but I'm still getting used to third being so easy to hit, haha.
