burnout

Default burnout

how do i do a burnout...i have a 2000 v6 mustang 3.9L....i can do one if i just drop the clutch and floor it....but my car starts moving forward....i want to do one while the car stays in one place....im guessing i pull the e brake...but i wana be sure before i try it...

dont pull the ebrake unless you wanna damage some parts.. just rev to to 5,000 and dump the clutch

You need to power brake it then. Get the rpms up, dump the clutch and then with your LEFT foot quickly stomp on the brake pedel while still giving it gas. Then you can sit in one spot.

just use the heal-toe method... push the clutch in put your toe of your right foor on the brake and the heal on the gas rev it with your heal and dump the clutch... and btw r u sure its a 3.9 because i think they only made 3.8l v6's in 2000 but the 3.9l was in 2004

ya the 3.9 was put in, in 03 and 04. enless a engine swap was done.

rev it up dump the clutch and use your clutch foot to stomp the brake and youll sit in one spot and let them roast then take your foot off the brake and driveaway still spinnin.....i did it yesterday its so cool

engine swap from a 3.9L to a 3.8L? LOL naaa, hes just mistaken, hes got a 3.8L unless he mispelled the year then its 04, 03 were 3.8L too

ya it is a 3.8...i was just thinkin about the 3.9's at the time so i wrote it in accidentaly...
by the way...ya only one of my tires spins...i know its cuz of the differential...but...wat the ****.....i dont wana replace the differential just to be able to do a burnout.

If you have traction control on you wont be able to do it.
