So normally what does this cost? I have been looking at motor which don't seem to be all that expensive, but what does a splitport normally range in price?

V6STANG07...you have been very helpful. I use to have a 02 mustang and got rid of it and I have always regretted it. Your information is so helpful. I just really want to get this one up and running good. So basically I need to rebuild the motor I have andget a splitport. Upper and lower intakes and heads off of a 99-03(is this stuff just replaces mine off of the 96 mustang)

Also, if I was to find a newer motor, would it bolt right up or do you have to do some mods to it?

it should just bolt right up cause the only difference in the heads and intakes, the block itself is the same engine, the ecu agian may have to be flashe due to the increased air flow form the split port and it bein a different engine
