Diffrence between the gears is about 300 RPM. At 65MPH 4.10s will be at 2500 RPM while 3.73s will be at 2200 RPM. With 4.10s u will like the performance but will hate the gas mileage if u drive a lot on the freeway. As far as city MPG with 4.10s goes its really good .

Auto:4.10s
Manual:3.73s

Well there is a difference but if u dont do a lot of highway driving u`ll be fine.Go with 4.10s u`ll get more performance out of them ,as far as installation goes I paid 350 but u can find someone to do it cheaper. Also make sure u buy a limited slip differential to distribute power to both wheels.
