Agreed, check the fuel pressure when it's actually acting up. I bet it's all over the board.

it would sputter at 4k, which means it wasnt really bad yet but at 4k the pressure was no more than 35psi, so the pump was kickin in and delivering more fuel
I jsut took my IAC off and i dont see ne way it could be sticking, i can move the plunger very easily with my finger, better than i could when i took it off
i havnt noticed the fuel level being a factor, i had 3/4 a tank today

just had a thought, if the pressure increases about 2 lbs when it is misfiring, i couldnt be the pump, right??
that leaves electrical as the next link
I replace my coil to the stock coil jovez had left after he upgraded to the screamin' demon, it was less than half as used as mine. i know it wasnt bad on his car it worked great on mine when i first put it on, could it be causin me problems 2 weeks later??

when you are testing it is it hot or cold? if it is cold you will never isolate the fuel pump as your problem. if the car and fuel pump has heated up and it is sputtering that is the only time you will be able to diagnose the problem

i have close to the same problem.. especially when i'm idling the car will slightly heat up and the car starts vibrating and jerking around pretty bad.. i took it to the mechanics and they said that two of the oxygen sensors weren't working and that's what is causing all the problems.. not sure how accurate that is but i'm was going to replace them anyways as maintenance.. so i'm gona see if that is in fact the problem or not
