Default Instrument cluster problem. HELP!

My tach was sticking on my cluster so i took it out and look at it and everything looked fine but when i put it back in the tach was working fine but now its pops the fuse everytime I turn the headlights on. So now my gauges wont light up which is a problem at night. All my gauge are working fine. Could it still be a problem in the cluster? Let me know, Thanks

Sounds like either something did not get plugged in all the way or a wire is nicked.

Definately take it back out an look at EVERYTHING you touched. 99% of the time it'll be something you overlooked.
