Need to go fast quick
The reason you would start with a GT is not the HP. It's the platform. You have a very good platform to which to make real hp. or a decent stock hp. A V6 just needs way to much to even be close. and then what you end up with is a GT clone. So just get a GT.

Why injectors, even with all that you won't need them. Point is that's a lot of money wasted on bolt ons for a measily 30 rwhp when you can spend just a little more and net 100 or so.
Remember he has a 95 V6, you know, the one that only cranks out 120 or so rwhp.
Also, no wonder you beat the 98, he was a 5 speed, didn't know how to drive, and he was driving a **** port slow *** poor excuse for a Mustang 4.6 NPI V8.
Also V6s, even the newest ones, are not even close to performance with the 99+ GTs. The edge V6 puts out a whoopin 160 rwhp, and 185 rwtq stock, the 99+ GT puts out a decent 230ish rwhp and 250 is rwtq stock, that's a lot more to work with, which allows that car to be much more faster. Sersiously, a 70 rwhp edge, while seeming small, is a lot of ground to make up.

Yea, NPI means non performance improving. The 96-97s were terribly slow, then in 98 Ford managed to "CLAIM" another 10 bhp somehow, but they were still just as slow as the other years. The NPI heads are very restrictive and really hamper that cars performance which is why Ford came out with the PI heads in 99 (kind of like what the GT-40 heads do for 5.0s) to boost performance. There are still better aftermarket heads out there, but the PI are a huge step up.
