The aftermarket shorty headers are a direct replacement for our stock shorties and do nothing.

i disagree, i have long tubes, and i would have to say for the right price shorty headers are worth it, why dont you want long tubes?

shorties are worth it if your stock ones cracked like mine. AND if you live somewhere where LTs are not street legal. i'm just going to get some BBK shorties (i have BBK high flow cats sitting in my room right now waiting to be put on at the same time with the HF cats) and have new midpipes fabbed up with my HF cats. i don't really care if i lose out on 5-10 hp stock or 20-30 hp with FI. not worth it to me for the hassle. if i had a 4.6 on the other hand i would be going full Bassani with mid-length headers, O/R X and catback. screw emissions if you have a GT/Mach/Cobra. they sound better without cats. 6ers don't sound that good to me cat-less so i'll keep some HF's on there.

I HEARD HEARDERS INCREASE MPG AND GIVES AT LEAST 4-5 MORE HORESES DEPENDING ON WHICH MODES YOU HAVE WITH THEM.

yea they can give u up to like 20hp on an f/i motor, on a stock 5-7
why dont u want lt's???
i bet the shorties would help ur sound a lil but not a whole lot, most of the difference will probably be in your head
