A cam is best used with other parts. No point in opening the valves longer if it's not set up to flow more air in and out of the motor.

thats a pretty cool site, dont quote me on the 15-20 but that is about right on a stock motor, but yes it is best complimenting with high flow heads and intakes

yea thats a OHC like on a civic not a push rod system which is what is in our cars
