Nice write up and good pics but I can't see putting a sticky up for this considering the best way is to buy new springs not cut existing springs as it compromises the ride at the cars limits and what the intended design was for. Just my $0.02

Yeahhh and that makes about as much sense as saying there shouldn't be a V6 performance section b/c we should have all just bought Cobras..

hey i know am going here a little bit off topic but how is the ride after you cut the prings......any trouble whatsoever?..........i've heard the car kinda "jumps" a bit?....(forgive teh term jump could not find another one)....anyways i want to do the rpocedure too but i want to get some feed back to see if it is worth the job.......any help would be appreciated...thanks

im pretty sure no shop will cut your springs for you in the sence they will say "its not safe and can cause harm" pretty much saying if you get hurt due to that, they dont want to be liable.
im gonna hold off and buy some springs and shocks do it right the first time, but this definately helps as to how to get the springs out the best way.
