http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums...light=bouncing they seem to be saying it's worn springs or could be your control arms

its called wheel hop, new rear control arms can help solve the problem..along with other rear suspension components...but i think the control arms will probably help the most.

edit: and it doesnt mean something is wrong...it just happens, especially in reverse.

it is not good for the car at all, def try to take it easy in reverse because most will do it then, def change out ur suspension in the rear and u should solve the problem

tomzac: "Wheel hop can really mess up your transmission including damaging the output shaft. Wheel hop is a condition caused by the poor geometry of our 4-link suspension which originated from the Fairmont. Aftermarket lower control arms will help, but stiffer upper control arms would not be a good idea. Unfortunately, they need to be sloppy unless you're only using your car for drag racing or don't plan on doing some hard cornering. Coilovers and a stabilizer bar using end link connections help too." - that's a quote from that thread, I'm not sure why this forum blocks me from saying that sites name....
