The AC vent on my car rattles whenever the air has been on. After I turn on the air it will rattle, and if I turn it off it will still rattle sometime. The other day while it was on a peice of fuzz shot out and hit me in the face. I was wondering if maybe that stuff was coming out and that was what was making it rattle. So, how do I take off the vent? Its the left vent ontop of the radio part of the dash.

I had a similar problem in mine, all i did was stick a flat screw driver in either side of the vent, applied a little pressure and it popped right out, the fuzz was all over the inside of it so i cleaned it out and popped the vent back on and it never happened again.
