Default Changing PS Fluid

I own a 1997 V6. How do I go about changing my power steering fluid?

It makes an awful noise...

Or if you are lazy like me you can use a pump to suck out as much fluid as possible from the resevoir, refill that with the proper fluid, start the car and turn your wheel side to side, repeat the steps above 'till you go through a couple of quarts and you should have a semi-decent fluid in there now.
