Default Catted H pipe? and Headers

i have a couple questions. first does anyone make a catted H pipe for a 6er. and from what i hear there are no cattedH or X pipes for a 6er that would fit wit LT's would it be better to get shorty headers or get my headers port and polished?

H or X pipes don't add power to these motors like on an odd firing motor.

FYI: I have LT heads with no cats for my duals... i live in cali also... i havent been able to find a shop so far that will make a catted h-pipe for me yet.. there are shops that will or can do em tho.. but if you're too worried, dont get LTs... just get gears first.. they cost the same.. the LT heads, flow tube, h-pipe, AND welding costed me $700 all around...

What does living in Ca have to do with an H or X pipe? Those have nothing to do with smog, their purpose is to add power.
