hey guys i just put the hypertech chip in my stang 95.does anybody have 1 in theres just want to know how good it is.

if you just put it in why dont you go drive yours and find out.

it doesnt really matter now you already bought it and put it in. not trying to be an *******. just saying.

 

pretty much a waste of money. chips are yesterdays news. you may get 6hp out of it at best.

a good SCT tuner is the way to go.

as long as you like it i guess that's all that matters

 

I had one on my 96 and I didn't see much difference at all...


...but it's something to add to your list of mods haha!

Well Cobra232, the hypertec, is one of only a handful of things he can do as he has a 95 which carries the EEC IV ecu, which is not compatable with any modern tuners.


All in all, you're probably not going to get that much out of it unless you had them do some nice custom pre programed tune work, however, the more mods you add, the more benificial it will become.
