Well i went to a big meet yesterday... i live in Toronto, parked next to a mach 1 with my friends F150 by my side. Just hung around for a while... bikes with neon lights, cars with hydraulics, random junkers that were boosted... eveyrthing you can think of. On the way back a VW combie tried to race me... the second i heard his turbo hiss and then BOV go off SOoooo Loud, i just backed off lol. Case and point... I really want F/i. I crave that feeling aha. SO my question is, what would have to be done to put an M112 on my car (2002 sixer) So far i know a custom fabbed boxed upper intake is needed, cobra cold air, obviously a tune - sct, the SC itself... Im looking to make 250+hp 300lbs tq for now, so maybe i wont have to upgrade the fuel system much? Also, i know im going to need a cobra hood to fit this bad boy in. What else is there to be done to get this thing going? Ive read many posts and threads on this website and others and i have a general idea but i dont want to be missing anything. Also what kind of metal needs to be used for the custom upper intake...

the m112 acts as the upper intake...you need a custom lower intake

Are you sure? Isnt it a custom boxed upper intake and the m112 sits on top of that?

yes thats right. its a custom upper. your lower will stay the same. lilroush is a nice guy, he would be happy to help you out. this whole thing will probably cost you somewhere around 2k or so. its not cheap the custom upper is gonna cost around 800. the blower and some extras such as the maf and tb and things will cost you a good 400 or more. a tuner will cost 200 used or 400 new. a tune w/ a dyno will proably cost you a good 400-500. and there is more. oh and i dont think it will fit uner a cobra hood. you will need somethin taller.

 

Probably gonna wanna upgrade the fuel system too.....I doubt the stock injectors and pump will last long with F/I. I could be wrong, LilRoush will definitely know though....
