does any1 know hao to tighten the tension on the e brake cuz mine feels like it is not set right.

I have the same thing, sorry to intrude, I have a '99 stang. manual tranny.

Hrm, of the top of my head no....but I would suggest gettiong a Haynes manual, they have all that kind of info in them.
