Default handling

Hi, iv`e found on British roads that my SN95 seems to skip around alot and follow the ruts that trucks make in the road, our roads are rubbish , are there any mods to help my `97 handle better?
Also does my CAI reduce fuel consumption?
Thanks, Matt
