Default A/C Problem: Only works on high?

I need help with fixing my A/C. It has been sitting for the past several months, and when I tried starting it up, it did with no problems, but when I try the A/C it blows both hot and cold air as it should. But it will not pump out any air unless it is on high. If it is on anything lower, I can feel very little air coming out, but it is still at the right temperature. What can I do to fix this.

fan or fan switch. open the duct or access the fan. remove fan, squirrel cage should spin freely. "High" may be the only setting shoving enough current to this motor to overcome resistance.

Could also be the speed control relay/resistor for the blower motor. Usually the low speeds are the first to go because they are used the most. Check with your dealer see to find out where it's located...BEFORE buying it use an electrical tester to test your existing switch to make sure that is really the problem. If it is, then buy it.

99% chance of it being the blower motor resistor. I've seen it a bunch of times.
