there isnt really anything to align on these hoods. ford made stupid pos hinges that allow for absolutely no alignment. the only thing you can do is adjust the bumpers and move the finders a little if the gap is off on each side.

 

Mine is the same only worse and the headlight is unfocused. Its called a rebuild Stand close to the car and lookat the door when the sun is out. If its not perfectly flat and has a small ripple to it, it was in an accident.
