Yep, happens to the best of us. If your lucky you can just clean it off by scrubbing it with some clear plastic cleaner, if that doesnt work it may be time for some new headlights.

There's a couple posts on how to polish them using like polishing compound and several different grits of sandpaper. I think in the detailing section.

Personally I would just buy new headlights, I spent days trying to polish mine with Meguires PlastX and it kinda worked but after I got done they weren't as good as new. Then about 3 days later some dipsh*t took out my front end so I had to get new lights anyway, you can find new ones pretty cheep on ebay. I got a set of smoked lens, clear corner, black background headlights brand new in the box for $170 deliverd on there and they look a thousand times better than mine did even after I buffed the crap out of them.

Thanks
I looked at the how to, and don't think it would really come out that good I'll probably just get new lights.
Maybe these, possibly tint them and the tail lights too

What tailights?

And yes, those are just stock 01-04 lights and they look very good. The "9007 Xenon bulbs", however are useless so luckily they are free. They aren't xenon. They are just blue halogen bulbs.

well since the bulbs are junk, I found some headlights same price but lower shipping will take the money and put it towards some Luminics ultra whites.

The blackout on your trunk is that paint or vinyl ?
I would like to tint the taillights, add the blackout panel, and I have a rear spoiler from a black 01 gt on the way think it could look good.
BTW my car is a red 99

I, and v6stang07, have trunklid vinyls. They are from a seller on ebay. Just tint the tailights, don't spend money on new headlights and then tint them. BTW, even Luminics bulbs aren't that good. Just use your stock ones for now, then save up for HIDs.
