Default Help........ HEDAERS

i have an 04 3.8L V6 from California. i am trying to buy MAC shorty headers for 99-04 V6's. now the problem is that it's asking me if i wanted: A: 99-04 w/air injection or B: w/o air injection. to start with, i dont even know what that means. and secondly, i dont know if I should get the one w/ air injection or without. so please help guys. i really need this information, coz this is my daily driver and now it's sitting on the street. passenger side headers are cracked , but driver is fine.

oh by the way, i have a custome h-pipe and dual exhaust GT take-off. if that helps in anyway.

The air injection is smog. Look at your manifolds to see if there is a hose (pipe) connecting to it some place, I'm pretty sure it will have it but look anyway. Doesn't yours have a 3.9? Not that it matters, just wondering because I thought all the 04's had a 3.9.

DO NOT GET MAC, they will rust and crack on you. Look into JBA ceramic coated headers, they are less prone to failure.
