Wont work that way, the tensioner will not tighten the belt. Nice try though. Thanks for the input. I am really looking to get more room for a turbo setup. I know you can do it with the A/C, but I want to not have to fight it to get it to fit. I am also getting rid of the factory fan and going to a smaller aftermarket unit. Your right lilroush, it also gets rid of a lot of dead weight as long as you can live without a/c. I am thinking about it.

tat is good to know i need a pully kit and cant just get a smaller belt because my ac compreser does not work so i am thinking of just removing it to save on whight
