none of these cheaper ones fit perfect i dont think, ive seen 2 diff ones (i have one) and they sit a little crooked on the TB cuz they hit the wheel well (poorly designed intakes) but they still work fine. i would suggest just using a k+n drop in with the silencer removed over one of these things, i took mine off cuz i didnt like how it fit on the TB(even tho i had no problems with it)

Please don't buy some "made in china" knock-off intake. Sure they may give you the same overall result, but out of principle, go with a MAC, or BBK, or C&L. The afore mentioned kits will fit better and even look better, and one thing I can not stand is repalcing parts with cheap crap, esp when it looks like cheap crap. Just my two cents.
Also, ifcost is an issue, go with a K&N drop-in filter and remove the silencer.
