Default kinda confused

so i was reading through the forums on the thunderchicked motor and i have a question.

on a 98 mustang is there a certian sc thunderbird motor that will drop into my tranny and have very little wiring or could i take the wire harness off and put it onto mine. im curious if i could buy a sc thunderbird motor and build it then drop it in reletively " easy " i guess the word would be. because they are almost the same ( same block ) i figured it would be almost a direct drop in.
