Today when i turned on the ac and went to roll the windows up the driverside window didnt work. The passenger window went up. I am confused because it just stopped all of a sudden and when i hit the switch i hear a click noise which tells me theres still power somewhere. I dont haqve any idea what the problem could be but i do live in georgia and it rains alot here. If anyone has had this problem and knows a few tricks i would like to get this window up before it rains again.

 

my window still workz but i'd check motor and regulator..... maybe the switch is still giving power but maybe nuthing is recieving it so i'd also check the wires with a volt meter to see if there is still current... maybe even a fuse....do prcess of elimination with the volt meter........gl

 

Same thing happened to me. Take the switch panel out and take the button off and clean the contact points on the switch. Worked for me. Also try hitting the window motor with your door panel off. That should work if it's you window motor. It's worth a shot.

 

if you hit your motor and it goes up.......... it would work for long. it sounds like it could have fallen off the track somewhere. my old foxbody did that **** all the time

 

i gave her the old slam the door trick and the window working and is working fine now, thank you guys for the support!!

 

Mine did it weekend before last, took out the switches and cleaned everything I could, even swapped out known working switches. Before I went and yanked the motor, I gave it a whack and up it went.
