I agree about the need for him to get his 60' time down as close to 2.0xx as possible. Being a 5-spd on street tires will probably result in 60's of 2.2xx.
I would hope it would be better considering he has an auburn diff. I've run low 2.2's w/ mystock open diff.

I think mid 13's on a 75 shot is too optimistic for a 3.8L with his mods (that's my opinion of course!).
A guy named 'punypony' has gone 13.21@103.88on street tires w/ the following:

zex wet 85 shot, accesories, longtubes, offroad x-pipe, flowmaster 40's 2.5", UDP, CAI, 9mm Plug wires

So, he's got LT's and an 85 shot rather than 75, but flake's got a cam. I'd say mid-13's are possible, for sure. Will he run them? Don't know. I agree that he should try it out and let us know.

A 75 shot does not add 75hp to his N/A rwhp.
Pretty close if it doesn't... 'punypony' is making ~265whp with the mods above. He's certainly not making much more than 180whp N/A w/ just intake, full exhaust, and UDP. Maybe a little more, but he's making right at 85whp from the 85 shot, I'd say. Oh, and he's making 340 ft*lb of torque.
