How many cams does a v6 stang have

One....
the 4.6 is also Single unless it's a MACH1 or Cobra then it's DOHC and I don't think all the Cobra's were DOHC (depends on the year)

UM, NO!!!!! The 4.6 has 2 cams, not one. they have a cam for each head. A V6's cam is in the center of the block and uses pushrods to open the valves.
