I would just buy the powerslot rotors and do them myself $480 you could almost buy a front cobra brake setup and by just slotted rears for that much and do it yourself...Brakes aren't hard to do...but $480 for rears is rediculous...I would not pay that..

Buy Cobra backing plates and Cobra rotors and that's your complete rear kit. The calipers and pads are the same. Do them yourself, it's super easy, but you'll need a special tool to compress the rear calipers piston.

Pliers work, too. I've never needed to buy the tool. For $480, you can have a heck of a brake set up and do it yourself in an afternoon.

Default Brake Upgrade

how does this sounds for a rear set up? i found this on the stang suspension, baer 13in drilled slotted zinc plated rotors for $269.95. and the brakets that i need with it. and for pads, only $69.95. how hard is it to replace rotors and pads? i have never done it before and kinda wanna save some moeny.

I have the Snap-on tool for it, cost me $100 and saved me a ton of time and headache.

Don't forget, if you upgrade from 11" to 13" brakes, you need different calipers and higher flow fuel lines, which is why the Cobra conversion kit is one of the best ways to go, although some kits don't come with the drilled and slotted rotors, but there are a few that do.

hes only talkin rear i think. so there is no need to upgrade the calipers or lines.
