if the tires are new it is possible they weren't balanced properly, take it to the shop and have them re-balanced.

the brakes will only cause shudder when you press on the brakes, if the car shudders while you aren't using the brakes it is something else.

you wanna check to make sure that there is plenty of pad left on the brake.

mine used to shake when braking from high speeds then it started shaking whenever i was braking then i was grinding metal and then tossed on new brakes and rotors and everything fixed (brake pads were almost gone)

earlier today i had the wheel off to see if the rotors were warped at all and they weren't but it also gave me a chance to look at the pad, there was about 1/2 to 3/4 of a inch of pad on the one i could see. and as far as how many miles i dont know i only got the car monday.

you shouldnt just check one wheel to see if the rotors are warped.

they become warped sometimes from hitting puddles on a hot day and such either way they can be warped separately

if it was the rotors being warped then it would shake when you stopped regardless of how fast you were moving. same with alignment. check tires and brakes
