Too vague... what spring rateand what tokicos?

Also, what are you looking for... performance or looks?

They will be about 25% stiffer than stock, as far as the shocks go i'm considering the blue tokico's. i'm more of a performance enthuiast, but i like looks too.

two inches should be fine. if you ever plan to add any body effects, it may be too low. i bought tokico hp's from stang suspension for my shocks and struts. ill let ya know how they are after i install next week. if you go that low of a drop be sure to buy c/c plates. you'll need those to help accomdate the 2 in drop. otherwise you'lll have horrible allignment issues.

I had my tokico blue unajustable shocks/struts installed like a week agoand man whata differnce for the $. I just love them with my roush springs, these two combined make a pretty nice corner carving mustang IMO.OO one thing the little paper that came with shocks/struts said they are only good for cars that are lowred no more thatn 1 inch 3/4.mine is only a inch and a half up front and 8ith of a inch in the back so i probaly wouldn't recommed them for you if you want to go 2inches.

thanks for the replies, i don't really plan on adding and body effects except for a chin spoiler, possibly. Do you know of any shocks and struts that can handle a 2" drop?

With the stock suspension geometry, you don't really want a huge drop, and if you're going for performance, you may want to just go with a higher spring rate and better dampers to begin with.

well i already have the springs, just need the correct shocks and struts to do the job,i'm hoping the tokico black d-specs that i looked at will be fine.

Yeah, Tokico D-specs will definitely do the trick. They can probably handle DOUBLE the spring rate of the sprint springs if they're 25% more than stock.

right on thanks for the info. do you have any other ideas for shocks that might work and won't put a hole in my wallet?
