Default problem installing hood

I got into an accident in my 98 V6 mustang and i replaced the hood with the cobra hood and the rf fender and front bumper cover. I had a new radiator support welded on and now that i have everything back on my hood does not close well and hits my new radiator support. The support is the right size and was welded fine because my bumper lines up perfect as well as my fender and headlights, but the hood does not close. My hood latch is also gone so i also wanted to install some hood pins. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Here are some pics of my car:

Try readjusting the back holes ,there is actually two of them(at least on my hood) . Looks like the hood needs to be placed through front two holes.

Is it a ford hood or aftermarket?

The factory ford Cobra hoods are ****. Whoever their contractor is that makes them, sucks at it. Ihad a buddy with a 98 that he wrecked when i worked at Ford years ago and we ordered literally a dozen hoods from ford and they were all warped or fukked up in some way, so his insurance authorized us to order him an aftermarket hood and it fit perfect.

the hood is aftermarket and is perfectly fine. I lined up the hood and everything else but the radiator support seems to be too high.

you can get a hood aligned. not all aftermarket hoods fit perfect right out of the box.
