It's a resistor that tells the computer that your car is cold. I think that make you dump more fuel. [sm=smiley24.gif]

It looks like your paying $10 for a 25 cent resistor. Making your car think its always running cold isn't a good idea either. I wouldn't waste my money.

Its not even that... Its a resistor thats it. it wont tell your car anything. You can buy a whole bag of those for like 10 bucks, we used them in my electronics class to make a battery charger lol. One of them costs like 0.2 cents... DONT GET IT

I got the adjustable one and I noticed a little bit, not much, but I could still feel the difference, but it wasn't a resistor like that one.
look up a progressive tuner on ebay.
yea it plugs in to your air intake temp sensor and makes the comp think it is colder using more fuel and adjusting the timing more. making small amounts of power, but as soon as it got cold out, with it plugged in the car would run like crap.
so if I could go back and decide to get it, I would say don't get it if you plan on using nitrous or a supercharger in the future, but if you are staying N/A then I think it was worth the 35 dollars.
now that I got nitrous, it is useless to me now.
wanna buy it?

I know a "Super Chip" is a bunch of money, but they are really worth it. A programmer is really cool too for the guy that can't dyno tune. LOoK here. http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/chips.htm or http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/SCTTuner.htm
