i also thought of these rims http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-Si...spagenameZWDVW

do u think they will look good on my stang? i never done this stuff before...so do i just take to a body part shop, and they will put my old tires on the new rims and install the wheels on my car?

and i am thinking of goin dual exhaust, but thers no way i can do tat stuff myself..how much will it cost to get it done? and on my back bumper where it says MUSTANG, if i wana get rid of that, do they just paint over it or what can i do? (its like indented on..so i will need a new bumper?)

If you buy bigger rims you will need to buy new tires to fit the rims, your current tires are meant for 16" rims. As far as rims goes, chrome saleens look sharp and bullits would look nice too. Do some research and find some pics before you go out and buy something. If you do anything to the taillights black them out, but do not buy aftermarket tailights that you see on honda civics, its pure rice and will make your car look like ****. Get a dual exhaust also, looks good and gives a nice rumble to your car. good luck.

I just read the rest of your post, if you get rims/tires take you car to any1 who deals with tires (goodyear) and they will mount and balance for you. Getting rid of the MUSTANG on the back of your car would look stupid and I have never heard of anyone ever attempting to do that, they usually buy MUSTANG letters to fill the pre-made bumper outline...your choice though.

Yes, works sort of like a window tint and will give your taillights a different look. Sometimes it looks good ( I like it on white and silver the best ) but may not look good on your color. Do searches on the forum and you'll find info on almost every question you have.

i really like that style wheel, you probably have stock 16" wheels so you will need to get new tires for them.
as far as dual exhaust, we went last week and got prices from several shops and they ranged from $350 to $520 ,out the door, for custom H pipe ,2 flowmaster 40 series mufflers, stainless tips.

for the tinted tails you can buy the vinyl stuff on ebay but what we used the VHT nite shades paint. we found a write-up on a forum somewhere (can't remember where) and did it ourselves. it took my son and I about 6 hours with the drying time, wet sanding and all the other stuff but the quality time we spent doing it was well worth the time. there's also a guy on here that will sell you a set for a price plus your old tails. here's a couple pics of the tails with lights on and off.

its so frustating cause now im all over protective of it..and i am always paranoid it will get a scratch..help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

the scratches could buff out, with a good wash, claybar, and waxing. dont worry!

Just relax and appreciate what you got. Your still young so you can still work to get the latest and greatest when your older. I love my 6 and cant wait for it to be faster than the the older GT's.
