RE: What supercharger and what do i need?
Don't waste your time on buying a V6 cold air intake if you are getting a supercharger.
The Cobra set updoesn't use a gasket between the TB and the plenum, and the TB bolts and plenum bolts are built right into the blower parts, you listed the EGR delete twice, belt sizewill depend onrouting, and the idler pulley set up can be optional

RE: What supercharger and what do i need?
Get stuff yourself. Most of the 'extra' parts are stuff you can pick up at Napa or any other car part shop.
The main things are the blower setup, injectors, MAF and fuel pump. I ran my IAT in the stock location (in the inlet tube) and saw no issues. It would be better to relocate, but not something you have to do.
IAC you don't need to move either if you have a big enough cowl hood. I have an ABC Exclusive version of the Y2K R hood. I notched it a little, but it clear with the Cervini's and the NPI versions.

RE: What supercharger and what do i need?
We'll see what i do, i still have to finish my engine before i start to get parts for the blower. I'm going to break it in N/A then throw some boost at it. I like the way it looks sticking out of the stock hood, maybemake a custom hood scoop over it. If hood cleareance issues are the only thing on my plate when it comes time, i'll be one happy camper.
