Default rpms

ok, here is another dumb problem. after warming the car and drving around for a few miles, when i shift, lets say from 2-3 while going at 3000 rpm's the thing jumps 300-400 rpm's sometimes when i presss the clutch.

and another thing is sometimes my car has a mind of its own O_O............

by that i mean after it jumps and i leave it in 2nd gear the car just keeps on going, it seems like its giving it self gas (when im not)

dose anyone know what the problem is?..........and or how to fix it

thanks

if you already fixed the loose cable, go ahead and shoot some thick penitrating lube down the accelerator cable housing, and on the butterfly on the throttle body.
