Default cheap mods

i've decided to save up when i get my v8, so for now what are all the cheap mods u can do? so far i got:

1.k&N Filter, remove silencer..
is tat pretty much it? i may do my exhaust system just because...but as far as the cheap mods, what else is there?

I don't remember what year you have, but underdrive pulley's aren't too expensive. Some don't require harmonic balancers, which can be had for like 80 bucks, (plus a new belt), but the ones that do have a harmonic balancer cost way more, like 180 or something.

Might be something to look into.

how do i upgrade ECU? cause i notice in simulators that ECU has biggest impact..how do i upgrade my ecu?

Not really the best Cheap mods. I would suggest looking for an 8.8 now and put in gears and a new locker

wait how do you remove the silencer? and where is it located at>?


and what dose it do, is it a kind of cheap but effective way of a cold air intake

cuz i want to do that lol

teh silencer is down on your air box it the thing the sticks through into the fender well to remove it take the screw out the holds teh air box pull on it and then just pull out the cheap mods good luck as was stated earlier the true "cheap mods do nothing ecu's run several hundred dollars perhaps you should look into a v-tak controller ther good and cheap

yea it will and you can hear it a lil not like and open intake thgouh i mean its not a bad thing to do id say about 60% of the guys on here have done it myself included b/c i personally like the stock look
