Emissions testing..
If you live in a state that checks visually and with a sniffer, then NO, you will not pass. You are required to have stock or direct stock replacement cats - and the same number of them (4).

Ilive in harris county. It says that there is OBDII and ASM testing. What exactly are these?

It means you better have a working EGR, all four 02 sensors and all four factory cats in good conditionand hope you pass. The OBDII part means they check to make sure you didn't delete anything (EGR delete, O2 delete etc...)
