Default Rotor issue......

I have a 2001 V6 mustang w/ 18" on it.I warped my rotors by being cruel to them and had the tell tale signs of needing them replaced. What was interesting was that it only seemed noticeable at high speeds such as on the interstate or going down a mountain. So i had the front routers replaced. Something is still not right because I still feel the typical warped feeling. Even w/ the new rotors I only get the warped feel when going over 45mph and/or going downhill. I am not sure now whether the issues are in the rear rotors or what the deal is. Could there be something wrong with the brake pads? Any suggestions are welcomed. Did you replace pads as well? I only ask because you didn't mention it.

Did you properly seat/break-in your new brakes?
