Longtubes install price????
It was only a perfect match fit when you put it together because what I meant was that the long tube headers wont bolt directly to the H-pipe when on the car due to the headers longer length than the stock ones. Youll have to cut the downpipe or H-pipe, whatever connects to the headers, and then weld the bracket for the bolts back on once you chop some off that pipe to match the length of the headers. If that helped your question

So it should still be possible to do it myself even though it's an auto with some jackstands, appropriate wrenches, ratchets/sockets, etc. and a good day's worth of time?????

Yeah it's gonna be a little tougher, since the auto is a lot wider than the stick. There really is a ton of room down there though, as opposed to what the v8's have.

Its about 8hours worth of work if you don't know what your doing. I did mine at like 8pm finished at like 12am. Would have been eaiser but we had like 10000 swarm of june bugs coming after the light so we were turning the wrench, running inside turning the light off. Lots of fun trust me lol.

Yeah, I've looked over everything pretty good. Looksverystraightforward, just some stuff is gonna be a pain in the assto get to. I'm almost positive I shouldn't have to lift the engine, remove the master cylinder, a/cstuff,take off the hoodor anything too crazy. Should be about a 5 hour job for me.

unbolt headers, remove egr, remove exhaust.
Slide headers from bottom, bolt, connect egr, connect exhaust.
Totally random ques on a similar topic.... will 2.5" piping withan O/R h-pipe and LTs be ok with a stockish-N/A setup???? I don't wanna use the "B" word (not bitch).... your thoughts VCS_SStang? Cobra232 knows his stuff too, but I already know his stance on this issue. If RyansQuick6 is reading this... it'd becool to hear what you have to say as well.Just want some info from someone who doesn't talk outta their ***.
Thanks

You will lose some lowend torque, but your powerband will be shifted into the upper rpms. And the Mac o/r H pipe comes in 2 pieces and needs to be welded together on the crossover pipe. Be careful not to put it in upside down too because it will fit on both ways.
