Default serious interior work

could you fit the dash out of say a 1999 to 2002 mustang in to a 1988 to 1993 fox 5.0 is there a big width change? but i have plenty of fab tools to make any brackets if no one here knows anyone who has i geuss i willgive it a shot any thing electrical i need to worry about? my dad and i both are real good with a sodering gun so i can make just about any harness i would need for the a/c and radio and the gauges. i have seen this done to a older yellow classic mustang just wanted some thoughts

it has been done. the dash is the easy part. it will need some triming but i dont think its too bad. the door panels are hard to do though. im pretty sure the center console is easy too.

It would be a custom job with a lot of trimming/fitting. I doubt anyone here has done it before, i would check the 5.0 section though.

I asked about it in the 5.0L section when I was going to do it.
The doors are the work. You have to relocated the stock handles on the inside. With the SN95 dash in there, it overlaps the inside handles.

what if you shaved the doorhandles from the inside and the out and used a solenoid to pop the doors? or just use the door panels from a sn95/

It's too tight to use the door panals and they are the wrong size.
You could just relocate or remove them from the inside.
