Total bs.

342 rwhp would cost a ton of cash. You'd have to be using a power adder and definitely have a cam, intake, and heads as well. And with that power, say goodbye to yourstock tranny and rear also.

Just a thought though, if he did the dyno pull in say, first gear instead of 3rd (in autos) how would that affect his results?

I don't know which is worse. The OP saying he has 342hp or the guy saying that the OPgot 50hp from exhaust, CAI, tune, and pullies...Either way neither one of them should be allowed near a computer again.[&:]
well thats what he said im not saying its true i was pointing out that stock he "dynoed" it at 190 and then after exhaust it was 290
i was merely pointing out this lil exerpt

and i said 15-20 which is what i have been told

Have you guys ever thought that he could possibly have every company sticker known to man on his car? Cause everyone knows that stickers add at least 2-3 HP each. HAHAHA

Only 2-3? Jeez. way to underestimate the power of the stickers...

That 12g Termi was funny.

OP, post up some dyno sheets and let us take a look.

15-20hp for what exactly? You stated that the OP could gain 52 hp from a few bolt-ons, not happening...

I realize that everyone has to start somewhere when they are learning cars but from now on try not to post magazine numbers when you are talking about bolt-ons. Everyone knows that companies only advertise the best numbers that they can pull. Try reading a bit more and learning a bit more before you start to give out bad advice or wrong opinions. Sorry if I seem like an ******* but post like yours are what spreads bad info about cars.

i dont think 242 is all that hard to get w/ what he listed
pullies like 35ish
exhaust 15-20 ish
and a chip may be 15-25
so 242 not to bad but 342 is ridiculous
cause stock is 190 so he only has to get what 52 ish to get to 242
Yeah right dude! More like..
Pullies 10
exhaust 10
chip 15
when you guys say 'pullies' what pullies are you talking about? I thought the only pully that could be changed was the one UDP???

^They just mean the crank pulley, I don't think anyone makes other underdriven alternator or water pump pullies for the 3.8...I might be wrong, I've just never seen them for the 3.8, only the 5.0.
